Do you ever get tired of those colors? I think I could pretty much pair brown and/or kraft with any color and LOVE it! It’s just a comforting color combo, don’t cha’ think? I think one of my favorite looks is the subtle touch of the Versamark as a background.

I think my poor lil’ blog has been deprived long enough, don’t you? Good. I think so too!
This is my first attempt at a 3-d type card aka diorama card. I love ALL house mouse stamps but sadly only have a few. I had fun doing this and was really surprised that it didn’t take much time at all.

and so does my wonderful Mother-In-Law. Her birthday isn’t until June but I couldn’t resist trying the cute purse cards made with SU’s round tab punch. I got the VB patterned paper from verabradley.com. I printed out a few of the ones that would compliment each other and went to town.
Can I brag about my MIL for a minute? Thanks. She has to be one of the sweetest people on the planet! She is so good to me and always has been (13 1/2 years now). If EVER I need someone, she is there. Morning, noon and/or night! I would be absolutely LOST without her! Okay. Done.

I made 10 cards to put into a card box (last photo) for a gift. The box itself was just as fun as the cards. Especially since I have never done one. I am working on the directions for that box and will post it a later date.

about this cute lil’ chickie and an Easter card that looked much better in my dreams. I guess you could say that it’s somewhat of a slight addiction if you are dreaming about making cards, huh? Sad, isn’t it? I don’t have dreams about Brad Pitt or the McSteamy/McDreamy guys like everyone else… I dream about rubber stamps. WOW! I have such issues…
