Moving away

Published by stampingirl at 4:00 am under Uncategorized

Being *married to the NAVY* you tend to make really good friends that you know will eventually be moving away (if you don’t move away first…) Well, I have one such friend. We were stationed together in GA almost 6 years ago (where we were both pregnant with our first baby together…my eating buddy… ) and were very lucky to be transferred to CT together. It has been nice because neither of us have family close by and our kids now play toghether. I guess we knew it would happen one day… the move we didn’t want! She and her family are moving to New Hampshire this summer and my family will be moving to (we think) Washington in October. I am excited to be going somewhere different but at the same time very sad to know that my best friend won’t be coming with me… My 4 year old son is supposed to marry her 4 year old daughter… NOW WHAT!!!???

This is for her!!!

    Oh, I could write a novel on this story. Moving is never easy, and making new friends is always hard. HOWEVER, it does happen. I just found out that my ONE friend is moving from CO. I am so upset. :( I will shed tears with you!
    oh, and I love her card. Do I get one??? {{{big grin}}}

    I just moved to CT with the navy. Unfortunately, nobody “moved with me”, but I am slowly getting to know some people… even stampers! And your kids can still get married. Arranged marriages work I’m told… ~;-)

    Such a sweet card! I’m waiting patiently for some one in WishRAK to send me these girls to play with…
